Our topical cream uses bioidentical progesterone USP that is molecularly identical to the hormone produced by the body. Suggested Use:

Menstruating women: Apply once or twice daily as needed, typically starting on day 12 of the cycle through day 28.
Menopausal or post-menopausal women: Apply once or twice daily for a maximum of 21 consecutive days per month.
