Karma Flo All Natural Bioidentical Progesterone Cream is formulated to support the body's natural hormone balance. Progesterone is one of the primary sex hormones and plays an important role in regulating the menstrual cycle and maintaining overall hormonal equilibrium. Levels of progesterone naturally begin to decline around age 35, which can contribute to an imbalance often referred to as estrogen dominance.
Our topical cream uses bioidentical progesterone USP that is molecularly identical to the hormone produced by the body. Because it is applied to the skin, the cream is absorbed directly into circulation and bypasses first-pass metabolism in the liver. This allows for effective support at lower doses compared with many oral preparations.

Suggested Use:

Menstruating women: Apply once or twice daily as needed, typically starting on day 12 of the cycle through day 28.
Menopausal or post-menopausal women: Apply once or twice daily for a maximum of 21 consecutive days per month.
